How do referrals work?
If I get a referral from someone and I apply, then can I still reach out to a recruiter on LinkedIn expressing interest in the role? And do I let them know that I already applied? I’m inheriting a “team” of siloed strong individual developers who are on different work streams and are very jaded and struggling with motivation. Most are contractors. Today I got an email from TCS to complete an ibegin registration. Whenever I login, it is asking me to enter PAN details and mail ID. If I give, it is giving a warning that my account is already present in ibegin and telling me to login with another email ID. As if I remember, one of the consultancy, used my PAN to register in ibegin but I’m unable to login since it is registered by their mail ID and my PAN.
