Cons : Low Growth both in terms of salary and learning. Managers are mostly based out of Dubai and do not treat you as a US or EU based manager would. Leaves depend on the team you work on. In Data Teams - Digital, Marketing etc, top management is bad. And stress levels would rise for a 2 bit job. Not advisable unless you are currently jobless
