Creatives, Did your agency give you an exact date for when you are required work on site?

Does anyone know their agency's diversity numbers? Percentage POC, Black, Latinx, Asian, 2+ races, etc. If so how do you think it stacks up to other agencies?

I recently found out that a PT aide was making the same amount as me. Later, I found out the other aide who had been there very few months was also making the same (if not very close) to me after a recent $1 increase (due to my discovery). Both of these aides are men. The level of responsibility that falls on them verses what I am responsible for is truly laughable. I have seen jobs advertised for lead administrator coordinators for 24-26 an hour(with less responsibilities). Anyone else?

Do you think your kids actually understand what you do for work? I’ve tried to explain it a little as they’ve become more curious, but I think it goes right over their heads. Still adorable that they’re trying IMO.

Honest question, what’s to stop someone from borrowing a few hundred thousand, trying to make it big on options and then if successful, pay off debt and walk away or if fail, declare bankruptcy and walk away after 5 years in chap 13 or 7 in chap 7.
