Your actual CTC is 27.13L ... Ran your PwC offer on in-hand.in — ₹27.13L fixed CTC (excluding employer PF which is over and above), basic ₹11.4L, New Regime.
Monthly take-home: ₹1,74,452. Monthly gross ₹2,14,683.
Important — the RFB (₹10.03L) is fully taxable under New Regime. Under Old Regime you could claim parts of it as reimbursements (food, fuel, books, phone) and reduce your taxable income significantly. Worth checking with PwC HR what's claimable. It also helps if you are on a high rent.
Also — variable is up to 30% of base (₹8.55L) but not guaranteed. Don't factor it into monthly planning.

Hello Fishes , what would be in hand salary for below compensation

Hi Everyone!

A company has made an offer and I wanted to understand if i'm being made a fool.

The monthly compensation is 1,37,500 (16,50,000 yearly) and Variable component (Bonus) is 1,50,000.

However in the offer it says "You shall be paid an annual compensation of Rs. 16,50,000/- per annum Cost to Company."

Which to me sounds like it doesn't consider 1,50,000 to be a part of CTC which is suspicious to me.

How should I deal with this?

Thank you!

Hi folks,

If a person resigns on April month when yearly reviews are going to happen and bonus are being sent out.
So, can he get the performance bonus because he served the last whole year with dedication?

It would be helpful if managers can answer this because they are the people who approves or decline this request.
