PwC: manager promotions confirmed and being shared but the comp, rating etc still isn't confirmed even for managers so they have not shared it yet

4th year at a mid size PI firm. Got pulled from litigating MVAs to help this solo we hired start a med Mal/nursing home practice. 1 year in and it looks like I’m two steps backwards in terms of getting paid because we’re a year or more out from a lot of the fees hitting. I respect the solo a lot, he’s a mentor, but I’ve got kids and I gotta get paid. Trying not to burn bridges, but I can’t wait years to get cut in. Advice?

If you had a table of customer experience/satisfaction survey responses for several questions (non-numeric but discrete possible answers, no free text; 1 question per column and 1 responder per row), how would you approach determining significant insights within the data? Excel's "Analyze Data" feature doesn't really suggest things that make sense in the real world.
