As a result of #metoo, it was revealed that now a lot of male supervisors and councillors are refusing to train/guide their female juniors. Most of them don't want the hassle of being accused of sexual harassment.
What are your thoughts on this?

Yes I agree and this why I am disturbed. Whole power is in their hands and it doesn't matter if males are right or wrong

Pre marriage : Marry an orthodox, modest, traditional, feminine girl, probably from a village(not in a negative way). Village must be quite far from where you stay. All her friends should be married and not a feminist at all.
Cons: She might not be able to catch up to modern beauty standards. Would find it a bit difficult to adapt to a city lifestyle or mannerisms. Basically, she won't be a trophy wife.
Post marriage : Complete cutoff to all her divorced and feminist friends. Keep a check on the type of social media she is consuming(I am guessing you know the kind of media you need to avoid).
Cons: You have to be the traditional male. The only breadwinner, which can be challenge in this economy. She should only be responsible for your children and family, and rightfully so.
PS: Even after this, there is not certainty that you would be safe.
Edit: I forgot to add that there are some traditional ladies, who still believe that children are born only because of marriage (not sex), or they believe that sex should only be done to make babies. So do act accordingly.
@A1 -I am not saying I am looking for house maid, but I am definitely looking for a wife not a hardcore feminist who thinks having an affair is empowerment. She should have the basic understanding of what marraige is and atleast respect the bond of marraige, but nowadays that is too much to ask for especially with city girls. Examples are in abundance in office. As far as having an affair is concerned I just cannot say what I have seen and all the girls involved were from tier1 city. Empowered women of today are accusing males of false harrasment cases just because they have the power to do so. Happened with a friend of mine in front of me. I am the eye witness he did nothing wrong yet he was accused and thrown in front of hr's just because he was perfect in his work. I fought for him yet he had to pay the price. So there is no guarantee anywhere
