Hi Sharks, I am asked to sign the offer letter. It's kind of an agreement between me and the company for accepting the offer and compensation numbers. Of course It doesn't have statments like I have to join the company on signing this. My question is that 1. If I get a better offer can I go and ask them to revise the offer? 2. Can I decide not to join the company? Will there be any legal consequences? Have you ever been asked to sign the offer? Boeing Tata Consultancy Wipro Capgemini Cognizant

Would be very interested if the expectations are crystal clear… three 8-hour days? Five 4-hour days? Flexible? Who is on call during the time you are off, or does the team wait for your next shift? Etc. As long as it’s not a trap with scope creep, i’s be all over it!
I’ve heard from others never to take a role like this because it ends up being full time hours or close, but for half the pay. It’s appealing in theory but personally I’d need strong assurances on boundaries and work hours.
Absolutely. Offer benefits with the role and many people will clamor to be considered for it.
Totally depends what the salary is.
