Yes. That’s how the D&I group’s comp model works. Your salary is your floor and anything higher than that based off the formula is paid as bonus. The percent increases with seniority. I think they also award a higher % if you’re highly rated during performance reviews. From what I’ve seen on this app it sounds like it’s something like ~20% for an associate, increasing 5-10% per level. Someone else might be able to be more specific
Yes this is correct but staffing policies they have in place is totally a boys club / bro culture / who do you know here environment.
What’s the % by level?
Yes this is correct and Associate 1’s estimated ranges are about right.
It is mostly true (not all practices have this comp model). % depends on your level. I’m pretty sure DI has this comp model.
It’s very difficult to identify a “typical” percentage. A1 is incorrect - a higher end of year rating does not result in a bonus adjustment. Ratings primarily drive promotions.
From my experience, I’ve seen bonus ranges from 25-100% of base, regardless of level. Where you fall in that range is dependent on a number of factors, the main one being collections.
What kind of base does a Mgr get in D&I?
