Question for all you house dads out there - in the market for a power washer and lawn mower - any recommendations?

Is it okay to disappear from friends & family to work on career change goals (several months)? I want to focus and not get distracted by friends & family needs to see me or attend certain things as it takes up a lot of time. If I focus for a short time, I can quickly achieve my goals to switch. I can hangout with them after all of that. What do you think?? Any feedback will be appreciated.

My wife surprised me last night for my 30th bday (which was last week) with a get together with my closest friends I have known since middle school. Most of them live out of state with kids and somehow it all worked out. Feeling really loved.

I have been married for 3 years. We have been trying to have a baby and found out my husband is shooting blanks and requires surgery to possibly resolve that. Recovery is 4 weeks and he refused. He is also not open to adopting or fostering or using someone else’s sperm. What do I do now?

Been having trouble moving on since girlfriend ended relationship 3 weeks ago after 2+ years of dating. Before ending it she came over 3 weeks prior to basically give me a chance to work things out and we had a good discussion but then I went back into our routine and didn’t really fight for it or have serious follow up convos that we needed. Now I just have so many regrets that I let her go. I know we still love each other and left on “good” terms but can’t forgive myself for my lack of action.

I went through my gf’s phone and found out she had a crush on my best friend when we first started dating (over a year ago). Last year I told my class about my partner and it was the best decision ever made. My admins, students, and parents were supportive and had no affect at all.
