What is the insurance landscape like compared to canada? Anyone working in new York state? Is there a lot more red tape? What is the pace of work like? My query is I am eligible for 75k LTA and now I entering that amount on portal it not allowed me to enter .. continue showing error pop up say basic of HRA 5%

I am not understand that message. I entered my housing rent on portal..

Is the HRA and house rent factor in salary are the same.

And LTA is depend on HRA amount.

Can you help me .. it will be helpful..

I left Audit at a midsize firm to join KPMG erp implementation consulting about 6 months ago. So far they seem to only want to staff me on projects with a heavy focus on technical accounting and audit. Spoke to a lot of others who have left and seems like being pigeonholed or staffed on projects not related to the actual core work of the practice is the common reason. I've been on the fence about whether I should stay and hope to be staffed on better projects in the future or leave soon...

Working on a divorce where the father is claiming that he is unemployed because of the previous administration’s actions with DACA (he was brought to the States as a child). I know that the memo rescinding DACA was ultimately vacated—but OC is unsure whether this would count as voluntary unemployment for child support purposes. Tricare Q:

Vets using Tricare with a family. I’m out and can use Tricare with the VA, but my wife and I each use our company offerings for our family; which obviously come at cost. Is it worth it to switch to Tricare? Has anyone done this and can share details? Positives/negatives?

For those of you who got out at 10, do you wish that you rode it out to 20? I’m at a crossroad and I’m not sure what to do. Have some active/reserve time, wrapping up graduate school, and am now considering either a) come back to the business world or b) go active and retire before 50 and live off a nice pension. Obviously there are draws to both. I’m an officer for what it’s worth so I can realistically retire at O-5, MAYBE O-6.
