Not a problem if you’re a contractor
I can see that working for one company where you stayed for six months, but having three short stints in a row might be harder to justify. The issue isn’t explaining it in person, it’s getting to the interview in the first place, since these metrics are sometimes used in automatic screening filters. If you do get the interview, you can prepare a genuine explanation, and they’ll probably ask about it.

Great question. The default thought is usually “there must be context", not an instant red flag. Recruiters look for patterns and reasons like contracts, layoffs, or role changes. A clear, honest explanation upfront makes a big difference and often removes any concern right away.
