Quick question: how do you feel when a parent sends a complaint email to someone above you and it was something that while upsetting, what you didn’t wasn’t really wrong just that they didn’t like the outcome?

Wondering if I should look into anxiety meds (or if I’m just a baby and need to get used to this life).

I just started parental leave for 12 weeks, but a new job opportunity just came up. What do I do if I get an offer? Do I tell my boss before I come back from leave, or do I just resign on my first day back?
