If someone is applying for a role in HSBC India, does HSBC conduct a US credit check as part of the BGV process if the candidate has previously worked in the US?

Or do they only check credit history within India (like CIBIL)?

Also, if someone has a poor credit history in the US, what are the chances of that impacting the hiring decision?
