DoorDash is certainly a safe space and supports the Trans community.
Sorry to hear about your experiences here.
While I'm not trans myself, Arup where I work has been recognised for its trans inclusion and support, and even incorporate it into our business proposition with our clients

Most large tech companies are at least facially trans-friendly, that is, good nondiscrimination policies and often good health benefits.
It’s hard to be the first or second trans person at a workplace, so anyplace that already has trans employees is a good sign.
If you’re tech adjacent at all or even interested in going in that direction, Out In Tech can be a useful resource.
