The division I work at seems to have some weird shady Ora’s about it, unexplained spending, intentional lack of raise’s, and pay scales that are all over the map. Hi! I am a pharmacy technician trainer in New England and I'm interested in salaries in Virginia. Currently up north, I make $26.11/hr to train new techs and pharmacists and have received a raise every year since 2019. Is this there anything even comparable in VA? I have 3 years experience and an associates degree in health science. Is it even worth looking?
