How is .net FSE role in Cognizant. Should I join Cognizant or go for Nagarro considering same package.
I'm currently in the negotiation stage for an engineering position with a new company.
93500/yr salary w/ 10k sign-on
84800/yr with 10k sign-on
My go/no go mental number:
88500/yr with 7.5k signon
Based on my conversation with HR, I've maxed out the base pay number. Does it sound reasonable to come back with 84800/yr with 12.5k sign-on since they weren't close to the base pay number I was looking for?
Hello, I am a 3rd year uni student graduating in December. I got an IB summer internship at one of the big 4. It’s going to be my first internship ever and I’m very grateful for it. What should I expect/How can I prepare? Also, I didn’t get the details of the position yet. Should I negotiate or accept whatever the terms are?

Have any of you worked two full time positions at once before or known someone who has, during the pandemic? I’m contemplating doing so.
I have worked at company A for 7 months now and they require I come in once a week.
I also just accepted a fully remote position at company B and was going to put my two weeks in to company A when my background check for company B was nearing a close but now I kind of just want to keep both
They’re both finance positions with 2 YOE.
Been a customer success manager at a tech org for about a year and was just given a promotion that’s $21k lower than what we’re hiring new folks (albeit with 2 years of experience) for. Looking for resources for the market value of a CSM with one year of experience and any tips to negotiate? Definitely feeling defeated.

Can anyone here give some basic insight bullet points on day to day as an area sales manager for a retail company? Or rather anyone interested in discussing their role ?
So a week ago, I asked on this bowl why my application was showing under "Business Review" even though I hadn't had a single interview or call from Citi, today, they sent me an automated email saying thanks for interviewing but the role is no longer available? Has Citi confused me with someone else? So weird! And no way to contact anyone in the HR team....so maybe I'm just going to stop applying to Citi because clearly they are promoting internally and just opening up these jobs as a show 🤷♀️
We’re hiring for a Partner-level position to help build out the operational practice of our fund. Your day to day would involve understanding the different challenges our portfolio companies face and using our network to solve problems.
NCV is one of the largest and fastest growing VCs in the South and our leadership have pretty amazing backgrounds - in my very biased opinion this is an incredibly exciting time to join.
Got an offer from Mercer GHSC for $92k. Currently have 4 YOE. This would be a significant pay cut and title reduction but am also desperate to leave my current role. Anyone have insight into pay bands and how much room there is to negotiate?
Manager at Slalom. I've received an offer from a boutique that specializes in D&A work and does more ML work as well. The offer is lower TC (180k -> 160k) with a similar level of responsibility (mix of hands-on, engagement/people leadership, and biz dev). Is it crazy to take the offer? I generally like Slalom but feel like a lot of the technical work I do in my market isn't super interesting. There are growth opportunities here but not sure if it keeps good exit options open later.
Hey, can anyone provide a referral for an associate role. Got 2.5 years experience in FS consulting and applying for FS performance improvement team. Happy to share CV beforehand. TIA

PS: I am a guy. *Not looking for any girl*,

Which of these 2 offers would you take:
1. Chief of staff to CEO at a luxury/fashion company, part of a larger luxury conglomerate (think LVMH, Richemont). TC ~ $300K. Cool perks and fun job. Good path to leadership within conglomerate. Can walk to office.
2. Director of Corp. strategy at a legacy CPG company (think Kraft, Danone, Campbell). TC ~$350K. Less “sexy” industry. Clear path for leadership. Commute time to office much longer (1.5 hrs of commute a day).
