The attrition rate in Infosys for last 3 quarters roughly accounts to 75% (20+27+28). With nearly 3/4 of the company moving out in last 9 months, the Infy management have never seemed to have learnt a lesson from it.
Still no compensation revision given for employees who have been associated for long term (Say 4+ years)
Folks - Is there any compensation revision planned in the near future... considering the after effects of q1 fy23 attrition rise ?

The actual number of appointed officials has been drastically reduced over the last 20 year. It used to be in the thousands, which is unrealistic given that the president would obviously need a massive team to vet and recommend, and there would be so much knowledge loss every changeover. Because of this, appointed roles are typically more senior level. So to answer your question, I’d really consider taking an appointed position, depending on the department/agency. But just taking a career position? Very unlikely.
If they tripled the salary I’d consider it.
I’d def take an appointed position. Those mean I know the VP or paid for it (donated). Working in sr govt roles can be rewarding and great way to get connections. I hope I’d see it as a give back bc USA
💯
Depends on the role. It would need to make sense as part of my overall career story and be interesting and rewarding. Similar criteria to any job consideration.
Isn’t federal salary capped at 200?
