I'm holding an offer from MakeMyTrip and another offer from OlaElectric. Ninjacart is willing to make me an offer. But they're saying that they'd discuss the offer only after the other company that I'm interviewing with has come up with an offer first. There's been a delay from HRs of the companies in a similar way. How do I urge them to send me the offer letter without sounding pushy? I had reached out to some of the HRs myself. My father is a farmer and mother is a homemaker. I'm living in tier -3 city (not so known). My monthly HRA component in salary slip is 15K per month. In order to fully utilise it for exemption -

1. Can I make a rental agreement with my father for 6 months and show 18-19k per month in agreement? .

2. One more rental agreement with relative for another 6 months and show 18-19k per month in agreement?

It would require PAN card but both the house owners are farmer.
