What would have been a better offer?

This isn’t relating to investing but we are looking buy a SFH in South Orange NJ. We are have a 2 yo and we are moving from Sacramento. It is a close to a train station to New York.
Does any one here have any info, good or bad things to know about the area. We toured 3 different homes and they were relatively affordable by (600-750k) and it seemed like a small town community but we are not familiar with east coast/ New England. It’s going to be our first move there.

I've had 2 rounds of interviews at Google (UK) for a non-tech role in Platforms & Ecosystems (L4/L5). Recruiter told me that I've been selected for the final rounds (GCA + Leadership Interview). From his feedback, one thing they wanted me to improve on was the GCA Questions. Would anyone have any tips on how to prepare for these? I underwent 6 rounds of interview at Goldman Sachs and my last round happened almost a month ago.

I received positive verbal feedback and the recruiter said she’ll get back to me with an offer after internal discussions.

Has been a month now and everytime I ring her up, she says she needs some more time to get internal alignment on my offer (2-4 weeks).
