How much did they offer you at band 30?
Hybrid is not very flexible but somewhat flexible. In a week, 3 days are mandatory.However, it is not very strict.I believe in almost all the teams.There are some margins where you can play.If you plan accordingly , however , most of the teams where i've seen in some conditions , you can switch those three walking days around. For example , if first three days are your reporting days , you can come to the office in the last three days as well. If you are able to make a good connection with your leader or manager , you would be able to make some exceptions around
In terms\nOf office hours, usually 6 and a 1/2 hours are mandatory.If you log out or leave office before six and a half hours. It might not get considered full day. In terms of company, culture and overall vibe, it is pretty good.I would say , most of the employees are approachable , and it's generally better than the overall market.
The variable part of the salary is completely for the employee.Unless you mess up something really bad , all of it is for the employee and on top of it , usually , if you are displaying a decent performance , you will get some more of it as well.
