Hello anyone reading this! I wanted to ask for any realistic, recommended job positions from someone with more knowledge and experience. I recently got asked in an interview “how do you keep on top of employment law, your award and fair work regulations?” Truth is I’m subscribed to mailing lists but that’s about it… I sometimes feel dumb because I forget what’s in the fair work act, I need to check it every time someone is going on parental leave… then I forget the min requirements again.

What base salary/ total comp to expect for a Sr PM in Toronto in today’s market?

I was looking at PM roles only that were around $110k, one company approached me with Sr PM (title bump) at $110k. I’m getting scheduled for final interview loop next week with this company and planning to negotiate if an offer is extended from them.
