Recently I had a job interview at APCO in DC. The first interview was cancelled an hour before the interview was suppose to be held. I then rescheduled with the senior recruiter the following week via Zoom. The senior recruiter did not make it to the interview and her intern was trying to keep me on the phone for 15 mins out of the 30 minute interview apologizing on APCO’s behalf. The senior recruiter followed up with me and left a very insincere apology voicemail. I guess APCO is not for me.

Have to look for jobs but its overwhleming. On visa and miving locations is my priority. Is there anyone who would be willing to help me re align my resume and give me some career advice?

The place I'm interviewing with is asking for a writing sample. If something is public record, can I use it without my current company's permission?

I'm trying to frame my answer to the leadership question. I once talked to my mom about how I was selected as CEO in a group project. It was because of my strong technical skills+connections(I already know 80% of the group)+activeness. My mom said that's exactly what she values in the professional setting. In Goldman we have PATC ( per annum total comp ) which is nothing but base + “promised” bonus % + RSU.. how do you have total comp defined in JP ? the bonus also a % of base and almost agreed upon ? Example my bases is 200k and bonus is 25 % etc ?

I currently work as a contracted Operations Manager but I’m in need of something a little more sufficient as far as salary.
