Recently I moved to a new practice within PwC. I got my H1B approval notice extended and amended to meet the requirements of a new job role. I got my visa dates booked for my H1B stamping using my old Receipt number. I can fill out the new DS160 form that’s required at the time of OFC interview but how should I tackle with new Approval notice/receipt number situation since I can’t edit the user profile on my visa application page. Has anyone encountered this before ? Any help is appreciated here

When I was a device driver developer with 2 years relevant experience I had got calls from Nvidia and Qualcomm. Unfortunately I wasn't able to crack the interviews back then.

For next 5 years I worked mostly on application development and broadening my exposure. I am not getting even a single call from such companies now.

Scenario: US visa expired in 2021. Applied for a Canadian tourist visa to hopefully go for H-1B stamping in Canada once they open appointments.
Biometrics completed. Haven’t received any comm regarding my tourist visa approval. My partner already revived the visa long ago even if we allied together. Could it be because my US visa has expired? The reason I gave for applying for visitor visa was just for tourism purposes.
