Balance. I hustled at current Co for years while it was a cr@p show. New regime now and guess who is the first to be let go? Prioritize yourself. You’re replaceable in a heartbeat at your company.
Oh no! I'm sorry to hear that! I hope you're new company appreciate your hard work.
I think balance wins in the long run, so I’ve made it my priority. Hustle has its moments, but constant overdrive drains my creativity and health. When I pace myself, I’m more consistent and have the energy to seize opportunities when they come. What concerns you most about this?
Maybe when your in your 20s you might be more inclined and have the energy to work, work work. When your older you realise there's no point.

You definatly need some balance in there as you need rest at some points, it does you good to just sit back for a little bit to rest and re charge yourself.
Yes need to rest, you'll burn it out so quickly otherwise and begin to resent your job.
BALANCE!! I hate the hustle culture. We should all be seeking integration and work life balance.
Absolutely right! Your life will slip right past, you've got to make the most of it. More to life then work and money.
I lean toward balance. I have pushed through late nights before, but the quality of my work always drops when I am running on empty. Rest actually fuels creativity and consistency.
