Recently I received an offer from ZS as a senior test engineer. I posted in fishbowl to get suggestions whether to join or not. The majority of the people told me not to join ZS very few told me to join. Is ZS that bad?

HR is not ready to share the exact budget they have (weird!! because HR usually give the idea of how much they can offer )

The problem is I just relocated to Pune for my wife's work, we have set up our house here and now if I accept offer I again have to relocate to Bangalore because they aren't offering WFH. What should I do? I know Morgan Stanley is a very reputed firm and might make an enormous impact in my technical growth, but is it worth taking the pain of relocation again?? I am confused.

I got an offer from X company with a 45% hike and my current company manager matched that offer instantly. Now company X offered me another 45% hike which is a total of 90%hike.
