Don’t try to pressure the dream firm to move things around for you. That’s an easy way to get cut. Lightly stall on the offer (maybe minor pushback) and try to start 3 weeks out. That helps you get closer to your interview date

It sounds like you don’t want the first job. If you know you don’t want it, just don’t take it, regardless of job #2.
It’s always easier to get a job when you have a job…
Just keep in mind that a firm's pitch and the reality of how they do business are 2 very different things. Pick the firm that gives you the best and fair way to advance professionally. Anything else is just distracting noise. At the end of the day, do what you like more. But decide based on your interests not what firms hold them out themselves to be.
