I’m trying to cut down on carbs and ease into keto but I find I have no energy and my workouts are lower quality. Others experience the same thing? Does this go away?

Depending where you are, you may be experiencing Keto Flu. Having done Keto cycles in the past, I can tell you it definitely passes. I felt like I was on rocket fuel when on Keto. Are you testing your Ketone levels?

You may need some MCT oil or exogenous ketones (BHB) to help get you in the groove faster. Good luck

OP that might explain why you're tired... Too few carbs and not making up the difference with fat? I'm filling my toes like you too, but making sure I'm getting calories lost from cutting carbs from fat instead.

There’s no excuse that by the age of 25 you have never tried therapy. I’m speaking directly to the demographic in this group who I’m sure over 95% of people in here are earning 6 figures. Key word: TRY. I understand it’s not for everyone but to have never even attempted seeking therapy is a injustice to yourself and the people around you.

Has anyone dealt with a therapist not being able to see you (virtually) while you are temporarily located in another state?
