I've been following Coforge LinkedIn page, and I have decent offer from them. In one call HR said we will be moving towards 5 days work from Office, to which I said I don't mind. Now that aside, their LinkedIn posts everyone at VP SVP levels are joining.. seems like they are growing very fast, as hiring at such high Positions happens only that time.

Anyone else feel discourage ? I thought my interview went amazing and today I received the standard email rejection. Looking for referrals for a Technical Sales Executive position that is Remote (USA), possibly in the industrial sector. Last year I made $109k at AT&T so I'm hoping to at least stay in the same ball park but want a change. I have lots of experience selling IT/telecom, but I also have a Mechanical Engineering background so I'm a good fit for a wide range of technical sales.
