Hi fishes,
Any guess how many people are laid off from Publicis sapient in past few days? Really scared for my future as I'm also under probation period and deeply regret for my choice of joining this firm...I don't understand why were they recruiting peeps when they were short of projects. Publicis Sapient

When I practice for interviews, I try to focus more on the overall theme of the answer or situation, and not every specific word I will say. I also try to remind myself I’m getting interviewed by a regular human, too, so just take a breath and do my best.
That’s great. You’re clearly well-prepared! I’ve found that once I know my key points, I stop rehearsing word-for-word and just practice talking through them naturally, like I’m chatting with someone over coffee. Sometimes I’ll even record myself or run through a few questions with a friend to make sure it sounds more like a real conversation than a script.
All good answers prior to me but I’d add just record yourself giving answers and watch back. Don’t nitpick too much but think if it’d be realistic to pass in an interview. Good luck!
Just because something has been rehearsed doesn't mean it comes across that way. Even when I interview and it is clear that someone did a lot of preparation, I don't consider that a bad thing unless it feels like they are reading from a script. It shows that they were eager to impress and are willing to put the work in.
