Yes, you should be considering it. I have a privacy screen for my laptop/iPad and you should take care not to have deal documents (or litigation documents) displayed all over the place. I try to make sure I have everything I need loaded up on my laptop so I can work exclusively with my privacy screen.

+ 1 for privacy screen. Been using one since law school so that people behind me in class couldn’t tell I was just browsing the web 🤡
Consider adding a privacy screen to your computer. That might give you some comfort. Amazon sells them. I would also check with the partner supervising your work. They might be more or less sensitive to confidentiality concerns.

My firm’s IT supplies them, you just have to ask. The firm should pay for this, don’t spend your own money before checking, OP!
Depends on the level of confidentiality and more specifics on the space you are in. Someone right on top of you on an airplane is different then being a bit more spaced out at the airport.

Definitely consider especially if you’re dealing with MNPI (which you probably are)
Yes. Be aware of your surroundings. Use a privacy screen and lower brightness. Some info may be too sensitive even taking those precautions, but probably only a narrow set.
