Does anyone deal with (suspected or diagnosed) comorbid anxiety and/or depression? How did you broach the conversation with your psych?

Has concerta or other medication caused sweating for anyone? Debating stopping the medication based on the factor

How do you deal with the following - 1) lack of general organization in life, note taking, keeping track of your relationships and 2) attention to detail. These 2 things have been bothering me a lot. We all are smart as hell but silly mistakes such as spelling mistakes, broader checks to be done on the deck is killing me. Also I feel the lack of organization in personal life blows into professional as well. If you are a consultant how do u deal with it ?

Looking for a home office chair…I need something really ergonomic/comfortable but given the visibility of the office in the house the wife wants something stylish. She keeps calling all my ideas ‘gamer chairs’ even though they’re definitely not. Anyone have any chairs they really like that may be worth looking at? Those looking for content, strongly recommend Rebels and Clone Wars series if you haven’t seen them already… I just got into Rebels and it’s excellent. Perhaps cartoon format gives some perception about it, but the story line is amazing!!! Disney has more screen time to explain things… for example I didn’t know a light saber has a knob to change the length, or all the details about inquisitors (which we see a little off in the Kenobi trailer)
