Remote job listings seem way more competitive than hybrid or on site roles right now. I am seeing some roles get hundreds of applicants in a few hours. What kinds of jobs are you seeing the most demand for?

You also have to keep in mind that remote positions mean you're competing with the entire country, if not the entire world. They are incredibly popular and highly sought after. I'm also seeing a lot of interest in jobs that offer maximum flexibility.

Have you tried posting in the job referral or job openings bowls? You might be able to find some leads that way. Best of luck to you.

I imagine that’s true. With remote roles, becoming harder and harder to find and them being the most desirable, I bet the competition is pretty darn steep.

like

Definitely remote. A lot of people want to be 100% remote, but there are very few workplaces left that allow it. Also a lot of competition for the obvious; decent pay. That's becoming increasingly uncommon in my area.

Im looking for remote positions for pharmacy technician or claim specialist

I feel like niche roles like med info are in demand for because most don’t leave their position unless they retire

My company allows contributions to both traditional (pre-tax) and Roth (post-tax) 401k. Is it better to split my contributions between the two? For example, I could contribute 3% to Roth and 3% to traditional (my employer matches up to 6% total but that can only goes to traditional)

Im a RN and took on a new role working in Home Health. I chose this position because My husband & I recently moved to PA with our 2 kids (1&3), with no family available for his residency program with a hospital. If you know that life, I’m pretty much the main parent for our kids. I don’t want to work in the hospital/floor work anymore; nor do I believe the hrs are flexible enough. I need a job that’s flexible for the kids but pays >$44/hr. Maybe remote or hybrid? Please help w/ suggestions.

Good morning!

Still trying to figure out this whole Fishbowl thing, so here goes my first post.

I would love to get into provider credentialing, but all employers I've looked at want at least 3 years of experience. So, I'm looking at Provider Network Coordinator roles, because I'm finding some of those roles don't need AS MUCH experience. I'm a RHIT, and have been working in healthcare for nearly 10 years.

Any input on employers is appreciated!
