Requesting some guidance on this. I got my H1B cap petition approved in 2020. It had a 3 year validity and expired in 2023. It wasn’t stamped or used to travel to US.
Q1. Can it be easily renewed or have to go through the entire application process including lottery?
Q2. If I change employer outside of US (in my current home country), can the petition be transferred/renewed by the new employer?
