Salary band for Senior Consultant in AU (management consulting)?

I am working as Java/Spring-Hibernate developer for 3.10yrs.
Currently I have 2 offers with me,
1st from Bank Of America of 14 LPA fixed. Responsibilities as mentioned by Manager: To migrate the existing projects on Scala.
2nd from Deloitte India of 12.5 LPA fixed +3LPA bonus.
Designation : Consultant.
Please suggest what will be better option for me as this is my 1st switch from start of my career.

I was at a networking event last night and a guy described himself as "worldly" because he's lived in.... Cincinnati , New York, and Seattle. Hi all, say you get equity vested in 4 years with a one year cliff. Let’s say the company goes from $50M Valuation to $2bn in that one year. Is there any laws that protect you from being fired during the cliff period? I’m not sure if this ever happens, but couldn’t the employer, if they had zero morals, just fire you during the cliff period so you are left with nothing?
