Okay so I’m a newly licensed attorney in a very conservative part of TX. I just got my first job offer and I was worried at first thinking that I was in “Trump” territory, but I tested the waters in my interview and spoke about police injustices and how prosecutor’s job is not only to protect victims, but also defendants from police injustices. I’m doing a cs degree rn & I want to be an appsec engineer but I’m not sure which is a better path for growth: Path A: SMART scholarship which involves a 4 year gov commitment after college grad. But they offer a stipend and full cost of college (I already covered cost of college)
