Got several offers and I narrow down to two best offers that are pretty close. Capital One ($124,600 with 7.5k signon bonus) and TMobile ($128,500 with 10k signon bonus). At this point, it’s hard to choose. Which company would you prefer? Can you give me some insights working with Capital One and T Mobile
New to implementations but got stuck managing/doing configurations. I’m not the PM but I deal with engineers and client face almost every. Best book for this type of role besides the Phoenix project?

I recently started to date again and I’m currently dating someone who’s finishing up his masters in data science. I do some data analytics in my role (well my title for my client says data analytics consultant) but I work in strategy. He keeps asking me complex data science/data analytics questions (even tho he knows I don’t have a background in it) and jokes about if I even know what I’m doing at work. Am I taking this too seriously or is he always trying to put me down?

Has anybody here ever consulted in the Middle East, I know Strat&, Bain, BCG, McKinsey are big there. 1. If I don't work for these companies is it easier to apply directly to ME branchs or should I aim for a local US branch first. 2. Is it possible to work in ME and still be paid my original salary in USD without adjusting for COL? 3. Has anybody else made this transition from a boutique Consulting firm to a job in an international branch in a diff country. 1.5 YOE , SC B.S, Analytics Masters

How do I move forward? I started in IT audit and hated it, moved to tech consulting within my firm. Still do not enjoy the work at the firm, even in the new group. Not much feels different for me. Previously I was very interested in cyber, and was up skilling in relevant areas for cyber. However, I’ve recently lost my motivation to study for cyber. I know I want to leave my current role, but I don’t know what for. I feel like I have 0 value creating skills from my previous experiences to date.
KPMG senior associate salary for federal health?
How do you juggle getting work in an area you really want to explore, but trying not to slip up with the work you already have in another practice area? For those of you who have switched practice areas, how were you able to juggle and reduce the amount of work from another practice area that you don’t like?

Anyone know how long skilled worker visa change of sponsorship applications are taking lately? Signed an offer for a new job and want to put in my notice ASAP as I can’t wait to get out, but I need to change sponsorship to my new employer. Thanks in advance.
Hi, does anyone know the situation/availability for getting US visa stamping done in Canada? I want to get that done so that I can then work on figuring out travel to India to visit my parents - getting on to two years since I met them.
How long would you say a new job takes before you’re fully competent? My brother started a data scientist position 2 months ago and his manager said in a meeting last week that his “brand” is that he slow to respond to data requests compared to the previous person, and that there’s usually something wrong with the data he sends. I feel like 2 months is way too soon to expect someone to perform at the same level as someone who was there for over 2 years, what does everyone else think?
Just saved 10% on my car insurance by increasing my comprehensive deductible before heading out to dinner with my wife. This is 35.

Return to work: I’ve been on maternity leave since the beginning of August with my first. It has been so amazing, and while there are tough moments, I have loved every day with this baby. In less than a month, I’m going to be headed back to work. My heart is absolutely broken. It’s not an option for me to not work (loans, mortgage, etc.). I’m having a really hard time with the idea of only seeing her a few hours a day and/or going back to travel. Does it get better? How do I get through this? 😭
Is the work culture at reliance bad?
