Hi, I recently came across Scaler's MS program, which offers masters degree in collaboration with Woolf University (European University). And, I am looking move to Canada in near future. Will the master degree offered through this course will be accepted by the education evaluation institute WES? If yes, is it considered as equivalent to Canadian Masters degree? Salesforce is bigger brand than Slalom. If salary is higher, brand is better then why not ? You did not give more details about work at slalom so just basing this on what you gave, I would jump

Make sure to ask the hiring manager how REALISTIC the bonus component truly is. They flash around this big TC # but you might only reach 85% of TC. Meaning, inquire over X number of years, what was the percentage attained of total comp among your peers
FWIW, my experience was slalom was way more unrealistic about TC than salesforce has been.
In my group, the Salesforce util targets are a breeze to hit, I’m actually getting more TC than I had predicted based on that.
On the other hand, at slalom, I was burning at 100+ util and still never hit the % bonus that was suggested when I signed. And I was a high performer, young people manager (only saying that to establish that I wasn’t a low performer)

SF will provide you with greater upside down the road. Plus all the perks that come with employment at SF (bonus, commissions, stock, etc).
I made the same move last year. 160Kish at slalom to 185K at salesforce (and now 190+). Not sure what you mean by “lead” at salesforce, but I’m fairly certain you’d be coming in at L7.
I’m much, much happier at salesforce. My slalom market had some major ex-big 4 turds that I worked with that resulted in me genuinely dreading coming into work some days. My WLB is also much better here.

If you stay with Slalom, could you make it to the PMD level and make the big bucks? Become a practice lead? Versus if you make the jump, get the salary bump, what comes next and how far away are you from that next level?
Go for it. 185k is a decent base salary, wondering where are you based?
