PwC A recruiter from PWC reached out to me to ask if I’d consider a different office the one I applied to, since it’s full. It would be Boston, Hartford, Chicago, Minneapolis, Little Rock, Denver, San Francisco or San Jose. MSA candidate. Is there a fully remote option? Do you have to be in the office all the time? Is the compensation high at PWC? Is there a possible moving expenses? Any insight or advice would help me make a decision. Thank you!

Hello Gang, I’m on the business side for Walmart right now. Walmart Global Tech recently offered me a role to move to the San Bruno office, but I’d be taking a demotion from L6 to E5. YOE: 8, COMP(200k base, 25% bonus, 100k RSU). Is this competitive in the bay? I have Doordash and Instacart in the pipeline, but no final offers yet.

I’m an LA-born-and raised gal who went to school in Chicago, had an apt in SoMA area of SF, and is now living in greater NYC. Chicago all the way. When you’re young, NYC is fine, but I would not recommend NYC if you want to have a family and be stable.
Chicago. Way more affordable, way cleaner and way nicer people
Chicago.
NYC , people are real and more transparent. Hate the West Coast not to mention if your a guy , there’s nothing like East Coast women.
I feel like everything P1 said is backwards.
LA
SF, without a doubt.
LA. Cheaper && better weather than both
NYC all the way. It's the most populated city for a reason.
NYC any day. There is a reason why its called the best city in the world.
SF is a cesspool, NYC smells so LA is your huckleberry
LA
NYC>LA>SFO.
NYC, convenient mass transit and everything is there
SF. No doubt.
SF first, NY second and LA only if you want to spend all of your free time in traffic.
Florida or Texas - no taxes
I pay state taxes so I can avoid places like FL and TX
SF would be awesome if 80% of the people moved.
