Hi Fishes!! I have got an offer from Infosys for Gurgaon Location. Mostly everyone knows Infosys is not present in NCR location. Looking for some advice - I'm thinking about going back to school in the next few years for my MBA and I'm wondering if I should stay at my firm for another year until I get promoted to consultant (level that most MBAs come in as) or if I should not bother and leave next year as a Senior Associate? I want the MBA for networking/taking a break from work and I also want to switch into marketing ideally.

I have a partner on my project who is full of feedback and suggestions but has never once said thank you to the team for their hard work or acknowledged our strengths. He comes off as very lecturey but the project is going according to plan and the client is happy. I think a little positive feedback would go a long way. Would it be rude of me as PM to ask the partner to strike a more positive, encouraging tone in meetings?
