I am in need of some advice I have a bachelors in healthcare administration. My long term goal would be a CEO of a hospital. I am looking at masters programs and need some advice as what to get my masters in. I could get my masters in healthcare administration but would like to look at something a little different maybe healthcare leadership or something. Anyone have some advice?

Is an IPO in anyone’s FIRE strategy? Maybe this is specific to the Bay Area, but it doesn’t seem that unrealistic to negotiate enough equity to make $1.5 mill off an IPO. Or maybe I’m dreaming 😂

I recently took up a Customer Success Manger role at a engineering software company. Previously I was a Project Manager at the same company but wanted to move out of my engineering services role. I primarily took this role hoping to get exposure to providing SaaS services as company is transitioning at software cloud. Have an interesting scenario. Holiday party season is approaching. At one of our parties (during working hours) there is an optional “talent show.” Employees can win door prizes. We have an entry that is a religious song - like one you would sing in church. I assume we need to let this employee perform this - or we are setting ourselves up for trouble. Likewise, if we permit this song, I assume we cannot compel attendance to the talent show. The talent show is part of a lunch thing.
