I have overall 3 years of post grad experience but 2 years of AE experience. Is it unrealistic to apply for Senior AE roles? How about Account Supervisor?

Can someone give me insight on completing projects for interviews? I’ve interviewed for a very associate level role that pays ~65k. The interview went well but now they want me to not only do a SWOT analysis on the company as well as present for 45 minutes on a 4 person panel. I’ve done assessments before for interviews but this seems a little excessive based on the role (eCommerce specialist) and pay range. Has anyone experienced something like this before?

Hi friends, I just raised exit request in Accenture after getting the offer from TCS. To be frank I love to work with Accenture as the hike percentage is pretty decent when compared to other companies also I am comfortable working with Accenture. I took this decision because the terms are not good with my current manager. I am currently drawing 15.5 LPA including variable pay. TCS offering 20 LPA. Is there any retention policy available? If yes how much hike I can expect?

I am on Notice period LWD(14 June), am I eligible for variable pay?

I have a question, I got a contract role through a recruiter. Initially the recruiter offered the hourly pay rate which was the minimum in my range. Now I got an offer from the company. Now without me asking her she increased the hourly wage to the maximum range I asked. Which makes me doubt if the company increased it or she knew the rate all along but gave me the lower rate ?

How do you get a client to move away from wanting meetings only after 5pm? I’ve had a few meetings with them after work hours and I think they now expect that I’m always free after 5 to talk when they want. I think I’m within my rights to not have meetings after work hours (of course with exceptions when urgent), but these are often just discussions that could happen via email.
