So can I accept the offer from first company and then if second one also sends an offer then let the first company know I would like to reject? Also i am on H1B visa. I am currently unallocated in TCS and seeking projects in the same US location as my Wife. Someone here asked recently which candidate would be better for workers like us who are here legally with all the credentials, paying US taxes just like Americans. I kind of laughed inside and I still do. Why even ask? Did any other administration excessively hate us this much to the point the rules changed substantially gazillion times a year? Let’s be real. This is nothing more than direct targeting of us. How can anyone not know which is at least less worse? 😂
