HR Int. : 6pm scheduled, 6.20 will join in 5 mins ,6.40 joined , discussed.

Documentatiion bgv starts, calls started : Hr not resp. from 4 5 day , found a way to get her back to me.

After 40days :20 mails calls and now can give only XXX2 - 10 lakhs which is below Cctc , no written communication , ignored further.

Project looks promising but when visited the site accept for the towers rest all be it roads or daily basis shops nothing is there yet but they say that till the time of possession roads and everything will be functional. The rate for 750 sqft carpet 2bhk they are giving for 74lacs and possession is 2023 May. Another 2025 possession 850 sqft carpet 2bhk for 79lacs.Hardly any difference in rate per sqft. 1. Always ask dedicated budget for the job before you tell your expectations.

2. Always have atleast 2 weeks of gap before you join any company. You might not understand significance of that but just have a gap.
