Fractal - 13.5 LPA
Dunnhumby - 15 LPA
Gartner - 15 LPA
Any suggestions on which company should I join ? I've 2+ years of experience.

EY FSRM role OR JPMC PM role OR Shell Market Risk role

Requirement - relatively better work life balance / stable pay
YOE - 4.5 yrs
All offers are more or less equivalent in terms of compensation (though fixed & bonus are highest at Shell) - close to 27 LPA total CTC

Have worked in a consulting firm and so know about the wlb there!

I have 11 years of exp as a SAP technical consultant. Currently I have 4 offers in hand. Please help me in choosing one based on future growth, learning exposure, job security & yearly appraisal.

1. Cognizant - 21 fixed, 1.7 var - CTC 22.7 LPA
2. Capgemini - 22 fixed, 2.5 var - CTC 24.5 LPA
3. Fuzitsu - 24 LPA fixed, no variable pay
4. Atos Syntel - 21.3 fixed, 3.7 var - CTC 25 LPA

Any SAP EWM fish in here? I am new to SAP and just finishing my first project in EWM. Would like to continue building Expertise in this Module.
I am therefore looking for advice on how to go about this?
Which areas within EWM to focus on or start with to build a good foundation.
I have not had formal training so just learning on the HUB and by doing as I go.
But I feel like I need to focus on one area. I cannot decide how/ what though.

How is the SAP consumer market practice at PwC?

Has anyone successfully been able to pivot to careers without stepping back after 10+ yrs of implementation work? I’d love you hear your journey and how you went about doing so.

I have been searching for job from quite a long time and all I have seeing HR/Panels asking for
1. Number of implementation projects done.
2. Work experience on S4 Hana.

And if I don't have atleast any one of these, I will not be considered.

Is it really that important ?

Being joined as a fresher - Is it really something that I can decide whether to be in support or implementation project ?

Is upgrading of ECC to S4 Hana in my hands ? And the difference is really that vast ?

Any Recommendation institute or website that offered access to SAP ARIBA or EWM Instance Training Server ?

I have cleared the TCS Technical+ Managerial round.
Now HR is looking for salary discussion. But I don't wanna TCS now as I just have 4 YOE.
I wanna simply decline the offer discussion or reject the offer.
I wanna join TCS later in my career at a Good position when I'll have 6-7 YOE.
Rejecting offer discussion or offer letter will impact? Will TCS block me for a lifetime.
