Scrum Master Certification question:
Out of these certifications:
1. CSM
2. PSM
3. DASSM
Which one teaches you the most/preps/gives you the qualifications you need the most for getting into big tech companies? I’m mainly wondering about the reputation of each certifications and how they compare to each other.
Do any of these certifications help when transitioning into Product Manager role in the future?

Anyone recently received a tax manager offer from EY ? I’m going through final interviews and want to see what your experience was like (negotiation process, initial offer higher/lower than expected?, did you give them a salary expectation range? How long did it take from final interview to offer etc) TIA!PwC EY KPMG Deloitte

Job postings are generally broad in scope. Companies know the skillset coming out of public is not going to include everything, even at higher level positions.
Given the labor shortage I would worry less about your experience to date - you are a senior and the expectations of your next role will not be beyond your experience. I would focus on your work ethic, willingness to learn, dedication to being timely and careful in your job functions. Also you are at a good firm now, which will help your chances.
If you are looking to jump now, take that advice. If you are looking for an exit in 5 years or 10 years, start to get broader experience - even outside of ITTS. Learn provision, learn some state tax, find some M&A projects.
You will be fine.
Thanks for the advice. I just felt I am stuck at the moment and try to explore the options to either stay in PA by switching to another big 4 or going in house. But I agree ITS is a booming field and job opportunities are going to stay after all those changes and potential wave of new changes given the looming BBBA

Sounds like you aren’t happy in your current role. Switch to another group in ITTS
Which subgroup are you in and what kind of experience you are looking at to get?
Right now, everything is falling under the ITTS umbrella and people just don't move around that much as the team tends to isolate itself when it comes to project. So once you are on one team, you were mostly forced to stay here. Maybe it's time to switch firm..
Please expand on the call of your question? I understand it as, currently your duties in the aggregate might not prepare you for the duties of a potential JD related industry job? And generally how might one be able to get reps in that space to be prepared for a more JD focused job?
That's correct. My current role only involves meeting certain aspects of the industry job's requirment (since all industry job these days for an ITS generalist require TP/transaction/compliance/modeling experience). In reality, it's really hard to get all of them under the bucket as both the utilization pressure and the type of mixed chargeable works are very limited in the current group except compliance is the only predictable hours. Want to know what should I do.
