Seeking advice on the private schools. I have a blue ribbon catholic school and a 7 rated public school for my six year old to start grade 1. The private school is not expensive (5K a year) but I’m wondering if it is worth it to move to a public school as the schools May be delayed due to COVID19.

I am a 17 year seasoned outpatient PT in Tampa FL who is the current head PT for my clinic. I do marketing, admin duties as well as staffing. I haven’t gotten a base hourly salary raise in 8 years! (I do get a percentage of profits but due to Covid, haven’t gotten one in 2 yrs). I do not get 401k, con Ed or health insurance benefits.
Current salary is $85K. I am getting very frustrated that this has not increased even after asking. Thoughts? What to do? What do other seasoned FL PTs make?

TLDR: Getting over your ex of 2.5 years ghosting you after they said they wanted to reconnect.

I was dating someone for about 2.5 years and then we broke up because of COVID and the long distance was making it too difficult to continue. The break up must’ve been like a 4-5 minute FaceTime because I was very distraught. After we broke up, she started seeing someone else but I was heartbroken and it’s taken me over a year to really get over everything and process those feelings. (Cont.)

Seeking advice: In college, I was pretty active and regularly worked out given the convenient access to my college’s gym. Post-grad and fully submerged into my PA role, I have found it harder and to stay active/stick to a routine. Now with COVID-19 and the shutdown of gyms in my state, what are some ways you all are staying active and getting in decent workouts? Do you use applications or subscription services to aid you or do you just have a daily routine? Mornings or evenings? Thanks!

How to go about resigning during COVID? Obviously can’t do it in person so who have people called versus emailed? Do I need a formal resignation letter? How do I set up the call without it being obvious what it’s about? Clearly new to a 2 week notice so any advice would be great 😂

Hi There - I'm considering a role in consulting. The role is London based and as some of you may know the commute into London by train is significantly expensive (especially compared to my pre-covid commute by car). So that I can properly consider any offers I may get - can you claim expenses generally when travelling to client site, if that client site is also in London (albeit a different part of London to where your home office).

Do people really have to work late night in advertising agency? I'm new to the industry like I graduated a year ago from an average college with some high hopes to dive into a professional agency, working in an average company but thank god I got the job in this Covid crises, yet underpaid and working for atleast 12 to 13 hrs a day, and someday the working hrs surpasses, isn't there any regulatory that can help people like us for our well being? Or help us get money, in return of our health?

I have an in person hearing scheduled in the cd Cal district court in the coming weeks. Im a nervous wreck mostly because I haven’t been to any court in person since the pandemic and have forgotten all the little things, like the logistics of getting myself to the hearing (where I park, where to go, etc) and now what new Covid protocols to follow. Anyone else experiencing these worries and does anyone have any tips for me?
