Senior Finance analyst in NY - what can I expect for base comp, bonus, equity? Interview coming up

Does anyone have experience being a JD/MBA student, and being hired on as a 2nd year after graduation for salary purposes? Or is that just a rumor?

Hi everyone. I was given a verbal offer after some negotiation and I’m comfortable with the salary. There was no real discussion about anything other than salary. When the written offer arrives, have you had any success negotiating PTO, health insurance, retirement ect.? Thanks!

I have two offers in hand. KPMG and Deloitte. CTC is almost same whereas variable is more in KPMG. I am inclined towards Deloitte India. But HR in KPMG told me that I won't be able to join KPMG India in future as I accepted their offer. I informed her within 2 weeks and didn't do anything for onboarding. I didn't ask to increase the amount or JB and I strongly believe I informed early so they can look for other candidates. Is this bluff? Any HR here to clarify

What do you all think is the upper limit range for someone in an account manager role at a tech firm? What’s the career path? Was there anything you’ve done in terms of upskilling that resulted in increased pay? Or should I just pick something else if I want to be making more than what I make atm ~150k TC with 6 years exp.

Curious what others think about this: a friend of mine has a couple of months of leave this fall to study for the CPA exam (they’ll be paid a reduced salary during their leave), but they mentioned they have no intention of studying for the exam, and instead plan to use that time to look for another job. Do you think it's a good idea to devide work experience by projets? Or is it better to have "projects highlights" separate from work experience.. something like: intro>functional expertise> project highlights>work experience>education?
