Should I do MBA? Currently in VMware CTC 21 lpa

Hello all! I’ve been ghosted by a couple recruiters at Deloitte, with one saying I don’t have Big 4 experience. Hearing these words from the recruiters or lack of responsiveness has felt even more defeating. I do have consulting experience and am trying to break into the marketing sector of Deloitte. I’ve previously been offered a position but at the time turned it down because I was pursuing a passion of mine. Any connections/advice would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

Okay so I’m a newly licensed attorney in a very conservative part of TX. I just got my first job offer and I was worried at first thinking that I was in “Trump” territory, but I tested the waters in my interview and spoke about police injustices and how prosecutor’s job is not only to protect victims, but also defendants from police injustices. Now I have received another offer from a fintech organization in Berlin, Germany who are providing me 69k Euros as base salary + 5k Euros as RSU and also an on call support of 5k Euros annually + complete relocation assistance package. Few days back, I've received my work review & it's not good.

I've been working fairly & they didn't say anything, suddenly they start pin pointing things from the past like I didn't provide some numbers (some file stats I've been working on) to the client & I somehow missed it in 2-3 meetings due to whatsoever reason, & some other instances.
My confidence level has come down, shattered. I'm screwing the opportunities I'm getting by not being able to perform well.
