Few days back, I've received my work review & it's not good.

I've been working fairly & they didn't say anything, suddenly they start pin pointing things from the past like I didn't provide some numbers (some file stats I've been working on) to the client & I somehow missed it in 2-3 meetings due to whatsoever reason, & some other instances.
My confidence level has come down, shattered. I'm screwing the opportunities I'm getting by not being able to perform well.

Please suggest how to handle

Does anyone else have that one person who is more senior than you that is just always so condescending while adding no value themselves? I have a director who I work with (not in my direct mgmt line) that just treats everyone on my team so poorly, so I act as the shield and it’s so annoying how someone who is so disrespectful and honestly not super value-added only ask for data/questions and not provide any genuine input or recommendations.

I've a question on what sections to put on a regular resume. I see some people are using consulting style resume for outside companies as well. Do you think it's a good idea to devide work experience by projets? Or is it better to have "projects highlights" separate from work experience.. something like: intro>functional expertise> project highlights>work experience>education?

I have initiated Resignation and got a good offer. HR offered retention and has almost matched my new company offer but my manager kept on insisting me not to revoke the papers.

I have informed HR to assign a different project which suits my role.

My question: Why does a manager asking an employee not to revoke. The same manager promised to increase my ctc but he failed to fulfill. Now HR is inclined to fulfill my expectations but manager asking to quit!
