Should I join Google TSE big data?

I have some offers for data engineer from product based organisation. But confused wrt Google.

Interviewing with Mckinsey and they have a verbal and quant reasoning test (45 min each) along with the usual case interviews. Any advise on how to prep for these?

I am working as a QAE 1 in Amazon. Current CTC (12.5 LPA base + 3.5LPA bonus) I will get promoted to QAE 2 in Amazon in a year.. I got offer from microsoft for Testing consultant role and the CTC for it is 21LPA. Should I join Microsoft or just stay in Amazon?
