I personally would tell my manager in person or over a meeting if you are WFH. I think it’s more professional and the boss may be more willing to give you a recommendation in case you have good repo(speaking from my personal experience).

If you had good relations with your manager, It's respectful to first schedule a meeting and tell your manager that you're leaving. You don't even need to schedule a meeting, just message them that you want to speak with them and just get in a call and tell. Then log it in the portal.
Ignore and straight up resign if you hate your manager lol.

My GF and I are dating for 2.5 yrs , She met an office colleague (he has a GF) recently who she initiated a friendship with. I feel that they interact a lot and I'm a little worried of her getting too close to him. A day ago she asked him for lunch and they were out for almost 4-5 hrs. Hi fishes, recently joined an organisation (1 month ) in probation have 90 days NP a week ago i got offer which is comparatively beter in carrer growth.

But new employer wants me to join on an immediate basis and the current organisation have a clause taht i have to pay the salalry on NP days(if full NP not served) or if i abscond they can take any legal action me.

Bit of a confusion what should I do ? take risk and join new organisation or stay in current one.?
